Emerging Scholars

LR banner fade_s The Michigan Journal of International Law welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with scholars from around the world to present cutting-edge legal issues to the online community. While these new topics do not always yield full articles ready for publication, they do provide a valuable starting point for new scholarship. Our online content editors work with new scholars, introducing them to the American journal publication process and helping them develop their ideas. Emerging Scholarship contributors are free to continue to work on their pieces and seek publication in other formats at a later time. We are proud to provide a space for emerging scholarship on our website and hope to continue to foster ideas in this new format. We hope that this project will spark collaboration among the international community and introduce new scholars to the process of publication in American law journals.
