Yekaterina (Katie) Reyzis graduated from the George Washington University with a major in International Affairs and a minor in Economics. During college, Katie studied abroad in London, England, where she interned for a Member of the British Parliament, and in Strasbourg, France, where she completed an independent comparative study of the European and Inter-American systems of human rights. Before law school, Katie worked for a non-profit organization as an advocate in the anti-human trafficking field and then as a paralegal. In law school, Katie is an oralist on the Jessup International Moot Court team, the Co-Director of the International Refugee Assistance Project, and a Student Attorney in the Michigan Human Trafficking Clinic. Katie is spending her 2L summer in the San Francisco office of Orrick, Herrington, and Sutcliffe. Most importantly, she has a very handsome Australian Shepherd named Rookie, who knows Russian and is quite the traveler.
