Annemarie received her B.A. in History from St. Olaf College and her M.A. in Ancient History from Yale University. Before attending law school, she worked as a Senior Programs Associate at Innovations for Poverty Action, an NGO that evaluates and consults on the effectiveness of global poverty relief programs. She also worked as a journalist at a Connecticut newspaper. At Michigan Law, Annemarie is a Senior Judge; a board member of the Trial Advocacy Society and the Arts, Museum, and Cultural Heritage Law Society; and a competing member of the Mock Trial Team. Annemarie spent her 1L summer at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and her 2L summer at the Boston Office of Ropes & Gray.
