Andrew earned his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. He holds an MSc in International History from the London School of Economics and a Master in International Studies from the University of Sydney. Andrew spent the summer of 2016 interning as a student attorney for the Michigan Innocence Project. He serves as the Production Editor for the Michigan Journal of International Law and as the Editor in Chief for RefLaw.org. During his 2L summer, Andrew worked for the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service in Washington D.C.
