Ali graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in 2017, where he was the Editor in Chief of the Michigan Journal of International Affairs. Ali was President of the International Law Society and was a Student Attorney with the Michigan Entrepreneurship Clinic. He is also a research assistant to Professor Gabriel Rauterberg at the Law School and Professor Jeremy Kress at the Business School. During his 1L summer, Ali was an intern with the Division of Enforcement of the United States Securities & Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. Ali is currently a Graduate Student Instructor in the University of Michigan Psychology Department. He spent his 2L summer at the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
